While working for Ets-informatics i worked on several projects, some
i made from the ground up, some already existed before my arrival at
the company.
Here is a summary of what i did during my time there:
- Converted 5 applications from Delphi 4 to Delphi 7.
- Removed obsolete non standard components like LMD and TMS.
- Bundled 4 projects in one project.
- Used generalised forms for data like customers, suppliers, products.
- Introduced devexpress components.
- Increased speed by a large margin by using stored procedures and complicated queries(unions).
- Several customer based enhancements.
- Made the terminal scanning software stable and converted from a regular windows application to a windows service application.
- Developed a project for a company called Televic
- Developed a project for a company called Logitechnic
- Made a document add-on for the projects
- Made a better UI layout for the forms.
- Converted forms to devexpress components
- Assistance of helpdesk, customer questions and problems
- And more.........
A part of the software is made to register the workhours of the employees, with badges and terminals or barcode scanners.
This system is made specially to track which employee worked on which project where and when.
I made a special windows servive application for this task, because this
is a windows service application the application starts automatically
when the server is restarted..

This application keeps it's data in the firebird database,
the employee manager can use the main application to see the data and
make changes if needed.

This is a client-server application, the application connects to the database(s) which run on a server.

This is another application I made during my time with the company.
It's made purely on demand and on their questions.
The needed a application to administer their repairs of electronic hardware.
