It must have been around 1991 - 1992 when i got my first computer, a 80286 ibm compatibel, second hand, monochrome green monitor.
Soon after i saw a leaflet in the Vobis shop in Bruges for IT lessons in the school VTI in Bruges and i started doing evening/weekend education.
This wasn't obvious as i was working in a 3 shift system at the carpet factory.
The first module was theoretical programming, basically learning the nassi-schneidermann diagram logics, teached by Thierry Malbrancke.
After that i did 2 modules MS-DOS and finally the first real programming language, Borland Pascal 7.
This was in 3 modules so 1.5 years.
Apart from the hundreds of exercises for Borland Pascal i made as the final test i made a POS application.
After BP7 i had 4 modules of C++, 3 modules of Delphi (later i had a seperate OOP Delphi module at SNT)
I actually have no idea if i made a 'final project' in those, it's so long ago.
I had many other courses in evening school, SQL server, Excel, Linux, Photoshop, html, Flash, 3 courses of PHP, at the end of PHP i wrote a entire Forum with Joeri Pansaerts.
I don't seem to have any screenshots of the forum, pitty cause it looked awesome.
These are some screenshots of other tools i made in the first development years.
